Publisher and questions
Real Pay Compare is published by realpaycompare.com. For questions, corrections or privacy requests, email info@realpaycompare.com. No financial or employment documents are required to use the calculator.
If you contact us by email, we receive the address and information you choose to include, for responding to your request. Avoid sending salary slips, account details or other sensitive documents. Email is handled through Hostinger.
The calculator and public inflation data
Your browser retrieves public CPI observations from this website. Our server checks the BLS API using a fixed series and year range; salary inputs are not part of that request. No account is needed. The application does not store comparisons in a database, cookies or local storage, and does not place pay in a shareable URL. Your browser may retain form entries through its own features.
Print comparison uses your browser and printer settings. A PDF you save is not uploaded by this calculator.
Hosting and external links
Hostinger may process standard request information such as IP address, time, browser information and requested URL for hosting, security and operational logs. Salary inputs are not included in those URLs. See Hostinger’s privacy policy.
Links to BLS and other sources open independent websites with their own practices. This release displays no advertisements and uses no analytics or social widgets. The Google publisher verification tag and ads.txt file identify the publisher. Google’s consent service is described below; the site does not load the AdSense ad-serving script.
Advertising choices
Advertising remains disabled while Google reviews the site. Google’s free consent service provides European consent choices and, where applicable, US state privacy choices. It may process your IP address, browser and device information, page address and saved privacy choices to determine the applicable message and record your decision. The consent interface may load Google fonts. Your pay, hours and comparison dates are not sent to this service. Google’s privacy policy explains Google’s processing.
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the Google message offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. You can reopen it using Privacy & cookie settings at the bottom of each page. In supported US states, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. The messages follow Google’s regional rules; availability of a message does not activate advertising. No consent is assumed from using this calculator.
This privacy page loads the consent service only when you open a privacy control. You can also clear saved Google privacy choices without loading Google’s service. This removes the FCCDCF cookie for this site, which can contain both European consent and US opt-out preferences. Clearing it resets those choices; it does not change settings on other websites.
No ad requests are made before or after any choice in this release. Future advertising requires a separately enabled build after actual Google approval and verified applicable privacy choices.
